They are accountable for coordinating all training within the Zone and support manufacturing teams by understanding training gaps and formulating training plans. Job Description Main responsibilities will include: Responsible for ensuring effective training of associates within their zone and working closely with the Zone Team to maintain regulatory compliance and SQDCI standard processes. Responsible for onboarding all associates and contingent workers in the zone Using the skills training matrix to understand current and future training requirements Works with Zone Team and shift leadership teams to create and manage training plans Undertakes competency observations to sign off associates at level 3 on the job training (OJT3) (newly trained and 2 yearly recertification) Responsible for the co-ordination of OJT4 subject matter expert (SME) trainers conducting training in the Zone Responsible for ensuring all training material within the zone is kept up to date including element trees for all existing and new job roles and processes. Core team member of the BDPS CSD component Be involved and facilitate in CSD events (training and coaching will be provided) Attending regular zone improvement meetings Perform all duties to support and uphold the core values of the company. Individuals have the authority to implement all responsibilities detailed within their job description and any procedures or processes in C2C or otherwise. About you Leadership and/or training qualification would be advantageous. Experience in a leadership role in manufacturing (advantageous but not essential) Transferable skills which support a rapid learning plan within a manufacturing role.
